ngCordova as a Meteor Package

Meteor-compatible plugins are hosted on atmospherejs.com and they
have reserved 'Organisation Names' for popular packages (JQuery, Bootstrap,etc).
There are a couple of unoffical ngCordova wrappers on Atmosphere. If Admin would create an Official one, it will be a great help.
