Is it possible to update to Ionic 1.2 yet?

I am running Ionic on Windows 10. I tried updating Ionic using this command:

bower install driftyco/ionic-bower#v1.2.0 --force

but ionic -v still gives me 1.7.11

How can I update to 1.2? I'm using Windows 10, but have a bash shell that I run most commands through,
