[SOLVED] Livereload goes into a loop

Recently I formatted my mac and installed el capitan. After new installation whenever I do:

ionic run ios -l

the livereload goes into a loop and continuously keeps reloading even when there is no change in the files. It picks any file randomly from www folder and keeps logging that the file has changed.

As a result I am not able to use it any more. Following is the information:
