Disable SplashScreen

I've removed the cordova SplashScreen plugin.
I've also tried re-adding the following line in the config.xml:
<preference name="SplashScreen" value="none"/>

Nothing is disabling it ...
As a work-around I've copied my icon.png to splash.png ( because I really don't care of its contents, as I'm not using it )
But it still annoying ...

Any idea ?
