Monitoring date and time change (web intents, Broadcast receiver)

I want to monitoring datetime change in native and store what I get in sqlite DB of my app. The web intents documentation redirects to this link: cordova plugin intent but this topic is pretty confuse for me, how can I listen for ACTION_TIME_CHANGED - ACTION_DATE_CHANGED? Do I need to do something with the manifest file?
