Ionic apps start with white screen or minimized on Windows 8.1

What I am using:
- Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64 bits
- Ionic 2.0.0-beta.17
- Cordova 6.0.0
- Node 4.3.1

Does any one have any idea how can I fix this?
