Social Sharing not show content when share with application run in background on Android

I try share with Skype but have bug in here:

1. Click share and chose Skype -> share ok
2. Click home to skype open in background and comback Ionic app
3. Click share and chose Skype again --> Not show list contact to share

How I can fix it?
