Ionic run android -l -c -s

I got a weird problem following this example: https://github.com/Gajotres/IonicGoogleMapsExample
the code work fine on 'ionic serve' and 'ionic run android -l -c -s' but not on 'ionic run android' or not even when i install the apk manually.

Please Help.
