What I find interesting is that I can highlight all the UI elements by using Vorlons dashboard (similar to how one would highlight element using web developer tools in web browsers) and because of that I can use the app (by highlighting I can see where are the UI elements like buttons) even when screen is completely blank .So I am getting cryptic ngLocale is missing and invisible UI only on device.
I am using Adobe PhoneGap build to build my app.
If anyone has any idea I would be grateful.
