[Ionic4] Scroll to Top bugs while content is scrolling

Case: I have a List on the page, which is much longer than the screen size. I start scrolling and take my finger away, but the app continues scrolling a bit. So far so good. If i now tap on the IOS Statusbar (which automaticly scrolls to the top) or use content.scrollToTop(), while the content is scrolling, the app shortly scrolls to top and than continues scrolling where is was before.

So it looks very buggy.

I hope you understand my case^^
