Run ionic package-lock dependencies locally

I have noticed that when the machine isn’t connected to the internet, my application doesn’t work correctly. But when I have the machine connected to the internet, then my application runs fine.

I looked through the files and found a lot of HTTPS requests in the dependencies of the “package-lock.json” file.

I would just download all the dependencies folders but that would take a lot of time. Is there a way to resolve this issue quicker?
