Table Contents not scrolling in ios, scrolls fine on android

I have tried changing table to grid in that case, the listing behaviour is not consistent, some times it scrolls sometimes it doesn’t,
I am thinking maybe its a coding issue or platform specific i am not sure any help would be great.
