File API request ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT

When they select the image using camera API:

I can’t access image to copy it, i get this message:
“Permission Denial: reading com.android.providers.media.MediaDocumentsProvider uri content://com.android.providers.media.documents/document/ from pid=23775, uid=10316 requires that you obtain access using ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT or related APIs”

Any help?
