Ionic Header width goes past scrolling bar

I have a floating Ionic Header so when I scroll, the header stays at the top of the page. The problem is that the header goes past the scrolling bar on the right side of the page which looks really crappy. I want it to stop before the scrolling bar, but I’m not sure how anyone have any ideas? Actually, this website is a great example of the kind of header that i want lol. I’m not sure why my header laps over the scroll bar though
