Schedule task weekly

I was seeing about BackgroundMode plugin, but I read it’s not for long periods like this (battery life). I found about Background task in Capacitor (https://capacitor.ionicframework.com/docs/apis/background-task/), but I think it’s the same proble (or maybe not). Any idea?
