Appflow and coco pods on Windows

Hi All

I have recently upgrade to capacitor from cordova .

I will be using Appflow as welll.

Prior to commit to Appflow , i believe in need to do a ionic capacitor sync. I am getting the following output with cocopods installing error.

Please advice what must i do? I am using Windows PC
