Trying to make a Telnet connection to send messages to local hardware

Hi Guys,

I jus started with Ionic and got a bluetooth connection working for a hardware device which needs controlling by an app.
Now my client wanted to do the same with a WiFi system using Telnet.

I found several things on the internet about it but no clear answer if you can do it and if so how you can.

Anyone here could help me out?
