Capacitor-barcode-scanner error

Hi, i am using the newest version of Gradle, 8.7.1 and i get this error with the Cap Barcode Scanner:

Execution failed for task ‘:capacitor-barcode-scanner:compileDebugKotlin’.

Inconsistent JVM-target compatibility detected for tasks ‘compileDebugJavaWithJavac’ (17) and ‘compileDebugKotlin’ (21).

It compiled before. Now i dont know what else to do.

Any ideas?
