I installed ionic 7.2.0 and when I run the ionic capacitor sync command I get the following error Error: This command is not available when running the Angular CLI outside a workspace.
[ERROR] An error occurred while running subprocess ng. I previously had ionic 5.4.16 and it worked, what could be happening?
